Slim&Fit sandwiches with homemade buns

Preparation process

Buns:

  1. Warm up the milk.

  2. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the yeast. Add salt and warm milk. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.

  3. Cover the dough and place it in the oven at 30°C to rise for 1 hour.

  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shape into rolls, and let rise covered for another 10 minutes.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C with added steam (or place a cup of water in the oven).

Filling:

  1. Slice the zucchini thinly and sauté them in olive oil.

  2. Chop the basil and mix it with the zucchini.

  3. Crumble the goat cheese and mix it with sour cream, pepper, and chopped chives.

  4. Cut the rolls in half and fill them as desired.
