Preparation process

Mix the chicken thighs with soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Combine the grated carrot and daikon radish with rice vinegar and sugar, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side. Let it rest, then slice thinly.

Slice the baguette, spread with pâté, and add cucumber, pickled vegetables, chicken, coriander or parsley, and jalapeño.
