Zucchini Pizza Casserole

When you're craving something simple, protein-packed, and summer-fresh, this casserole is the answer!
You can enjoy it warm, cold, or straight from the container – and it'll be AMAZING every time.

Preparation process

  1. Grate the zucchinis, sprinkle with salt, and let them sit for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess moisture thoroughly.

  2. Grate the Slim&Fit chicken breast and the cheese.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, chicken, cheese, eggs, spices, and flour.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (approx. 20x30 cm) and bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 35–40 minutes, until nicely golden on top.

  5. Let it cool, slice, and store – it keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days.
